We have recently just added an ice bath to our Wellness Space here to offer contrast therapy with hot and cold therapy. The Wellness room is a beautiful private space which can be hired for an hour at a time. It houses a two person infrared sauna which had built in sonotherapy lighting, Bluetooth connectivity and a Himalayan salt brick which is great for respiratory health during the cooler months. The ice bath is set at 3 degree Celsius and is an incredible tool for overall health and wellbeing.
